Swap products in your subscription
To update the product you're subscribed to in your customer portal, simply follow these steps:
- Go to https://ketone.com/account
- From your dashboard, click Manage Subscriptions and Addresses
- Click Manage this subscription right below the subscription product you'd like to change.
- Scroll down the page and click Swap this for a different product
- Click Swap under the new product you'd like to subscribe to
- Click Swap product to confirm your choice
- Check if the new product choice is reflected in your subscription list
