We manufacture our products only in FDA-Audited, NSF-Audited, and SQF-certified facilities here in the USA. Ketone-IQ is also NSF Contents Certified and NSF Certified for Sport and can be found in the NSF catalog.

How much does shipping cost?
International shipping rates vary based on the weight of products in cart and final destination and will be calculated in your cart at checkout.
How are customs duties and fees handled?
Customs duties and fees will be calculated and added to your cart at checkout. These charges are applied once your purchase exceeds the de minimis value or the tax threshold—the point at which taxes are required. The threshold varies by country.
Each country has its own rules and taxes for importing goods. Duties and other charges can be paid either before shipping or upon receiving the package in the destination country.
For Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipments, duties and taxes are estimated, calculated, and paid at checkout, ensuring no delays when the parcel arrives in the destination country. The following countries assess duties and taxes at checkout:

For Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipments, duties and taxes are assessed when the parcel arrives in the destination country. The local post office will contact the customer, and the package will be delivered after the fees are paid. Currently, the following country assesses duties and taxes upon arrival:

Is payment made in my local currency?
All payments are processed and settled in US dollars.
How long will it take / When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically, we fulfill orders within 1-2 days.
You’ll be given an expected delivery date upon shipment, but delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks for shipping and customs clearance. This will vary by destination country.
Can I edit my shipping address?
You can chat with our global delivery partner, Passport Shipping, in your shipment dashboard or email our team at care@ketone.com. For urgent address change requests, please include ”Urgent - Address change” in your email subject line so our team can get working on it as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
We partner with Passport Shipping for all our international shipments.
You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order.
