Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we know things don't always work out, so we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you don't love the product you purchased, just let us know within 60 days of receiving your order and we’ll make the refund and/or return easy. To initiate a refund/return, simply email us at care@ketone.com or chat with us (8am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday).

Note:

  • 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee is exclusive to first-time purchases of products and flavors — repeat purchases of the same product and subscription refills do not apply.
  • 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to returnless refunds of bulk orders beyond the minimum $120 purchase value. Orders in excess of this purchase value will require the unopened product beyond the minimum purchase value to be returned before a refund can be issued.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Health Via Modern Nutrition Inc. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Damaged Product?

We always do our best to ensure our customers have the best experience possible, but shipping and handling can sometimes get a little bumpy!

If your product arrives damaged or is—in any way—not what you were expecting, please let us know right away so we can help.

You can email us anytime at care@ketone.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

If possible, please include a photo of the damaged product in your email. This information is super helpful for our operations team!
