Watch your Caffeine Intake

Our Ketone-IQ + Caffeine shots contain 100mg of natural caffeine per serving -- about as much as a cup of coffee. We recommend no more than 4 bottles per day (assuming you have no other caffeine from drinks like coffee or soda), as it's generally advisable to limit caffeine intake to 400 mg per day. Different people have varying tolerance to the effects of caffeine.
